precision is power; six year old boy found unharmed, wandering streets in NE area of ‘the’ Las Vegas; NATL AVG price of gas is $2.954 per gallon; AK & OK have the highest & lowest fuel prices; Red Sox beat Tampa Bay 4 – 2, Game Seven is tonight; ACORN vs. [R], charges of fraudulent voters; last week was the ‘best week’ for stock market; Janet Jackson has suffered from migraines & vertigo; ‘treadmill desks’ help idle workers lose weight, gain in productivity, an easy daily dose of exercise; PA state SEN killed in head-on car crash; 2009 Mormon calendar causing a commotion: men only wearing underwear [what were they thinking?]; cities & counties across the US are declaring bankruptcy; housing stars decline, the worst in seventeen year, unemployment is at its highest in five years; people appear to prove the are alive & eligible to vote; Colin Powell endorses Obama; economic problems are far from over; retail sales & consumer confidence still at all-time low; Kings MTN, NC has shut down two plants, city has 9% jobless rate; retail sales keeps dropping; 50% of CA home sales are foreclosed properties; Britney has been famous [?] for ten years; Sarah Palin a big hit on ‘SNL’; economic problems force cities to choose between police, sports, libraries & health coverage: across the US, municipal & state workers could face layoffs or cutbacks; areas with major hospitals, universities & military installations will be less affected; those that relied on the financial sector or real estate will face problems; cities that face money problems include: Oakland, Phoenix, Chicago & NYC; another family may lose their ‘Extreme Makeover’ home; twenty-seven year old OR hiker survived five days in WA forests, he broke an ankle, survived by eating centipedes; has McCain been ‘written off’ by the media?; ‘kick in the butt’ words by McCain: that he voted with Bush 90% of the time; no more TV time for McCain to purchase for ads; time for a new set of eyes, and ideals; Obama raised $150 million during the months of September, with the AVG donation being $80; Powell & McCain have been friends for years; stop focusing on ‘trivial issue’, and not racial ones, either; can McCain be ‘the comeback kid’, he cannot talk in terms of defeat; but what if someone does not want a dark skinned man in the White House, and attacks him, or his family?; seniors are too old to regain retirement losses or funds; ACORN accused of ‘politically motivated distortion’; only 150 charged, and 115 arrested on voter fraud; words to the wise from McCain: “I am not PRES Bush”; Ty Pennington is 43 years old, should change program’s name to ‘Extreme Takeover’?;
